Docs incorrectly state that mod_pagespeed generates uncompressed HTML

Under "Setting up the Output Filter" in 
http://code.google.com/speed/page-speed/docs/using_mod.html:

  "Note:This output filter always generates uncompressed HTML"

This was true when the doc was originally written but this was changed in the 
software so that mod_pagespeed compresses on output.  The doc needs to be 
updated accordingly.
