Patch for compilation with GCC 4.7 attached

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile with GCC 4.7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Successful compilation
Instead: variable not defined in scope -> error

On what operating system?
Archlinux
