Console slow when logfile is large #799
Description
Steps to repro:
1) Turn on Statistics Logging with default parameters
2) Run for a month or so
3) /pagespeed_console if very slow.
It appears that this is because parsing the 100MB stats log takes about 10s on
modpagespeed.com.
