Comment by jjstautt, (from HowToBuild)

I just installed via ./install_apxs.sh to a custom Apache directory on Ubuntu.
Running install_apxs.sh complains that the command "source" doesn't exist.
Ubuntu symlinks /bin/sh to /bin/dash, but I believe in general source is not
included in generic /bin/sh. I changed #!/bin/sh to #!/bin/bash and all was
fine.
