[59105] TableEditor: add from clipboard

Resolves Enhancement defined by Bugzilla Id #59105:

• Allows TableEditor user to select several rows at a time
• Add rows from clipboard

NB: this feature may be disabled/enabled by a specific property bur I've no idea about how to name it to fit JMeter way. So your feebacks are welcome to let me add this capability.

In my opinion, no need for an additional property unless you think there might be a bug.
Could you provide a Test Plan with some components you tested that use this component (except Compare Assertion) ?
