Summary

NIFI-10923 Upgrades Apache SSHD to 2.9.2 in NiFi Standard Processor tests and NiFi Registry for the JGit library. The changes upgrade Standard Processor tests from version 2.8.0, and upgrade JGit transitive dependencies from version 2.7.0.
