Helm: ability to set annotations on init-db job pod

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We use as a service mesh; it injects all pods with a proxy. The proxy stops the pod terminating when the job completes. This is a kubernetes issue of many containers within a single job pod, hopefully this will be fixed some day.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to define pod annotations on the init pods. The same way the annotations can be defined on the node, worker and celerybeat pods.
