fix: Overflowing tabs in SqlLab not styled properly

SUMMARY

In SouthPane component, when the tabs overflow there should be a dropdown component that shows invisible tabs. Currently, the overflowing tabs stretch the whole container. I fixed it by adding overflow: auto to QueryPane.
