Better error message when AWS Lambda deployment limits is reached

Right will print 
```
  Error: deploying: us-west-2: creating function: RequestEntityTooLargeException: Request must be smaller than 69905067 bytes for the CreateFunction operation
	status code: 413, request id: 14dbf1de-7ed2-11e7-9259-3d7413b60278
```

Will be nice to have a warning before trying to deploy or maybe print a more friendly message
