Disable storage, resource listing and API wrapper tools

For now let's focus on the main use case - calling Actors; so let's disable these for now. Disable tools like list Actors runs, get Actors logs, abort run, get key val records, ...

To remove get dataset records we need to figure out and test a reliable way to return Actor input to the LLM - return everyting? Only fields from dataset output/view schema? Keep the dataset records tool? Expose as resources?

Also please update the roadmap in README(s).
