Implement MCP logging

I must remove logging capability, because it's not really implemented on the server side and the latest Inspector version is incompatible. (related PR https://github.com/apify/actors-mcp-server/pull/228/files)

We can implement it to follow the MCP standard https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2025-06-18/server/utilities/logging
