MCP: Documentation tools without Auth

We have MCP tools to search and fetch Apify documentation, but we require users (and AI agents) to authenticate to use these tools. This creates unnecessary friction for users interested only in documentation tools, as we do not require them to authenticate to read https://docs.apify.com/.

The most simple solution is to allow call MCP docs tools without auth. We will not require auth if you add mcp.apify.com?tools=docs to your MCP Client.

Note: We should still keep the option to add a token because of backward compatibility, and if you add it together with other tools, it should just work.
