Feature request
Allow an API publisher to attach legal terms & conditions & privacy policy (and/or similar legal documents).
When someone signs up they must agree to those T&C before they can complete the process.
Acceptance criteria
- Can link to various legal prose (http://example.org/v1/legal/blah)
- Each prose would have a name (e.g. Terms and Conditions)
- Must accept all in order to establish contract in UI?

Should we just link to the prose or also host it?
