Deactivating plugins wont apply (but got duplicated and greyed out)

Hi,

The new beta 9 inst feature works like a charm. Thank you for that!
However, since beta 7, deactivating plugins (in the Available Plugins panel) on the server-side doesn't really work. I do have grey plugins, but they are also listed as activated (white). It seems they are kind of "duplicated" during the process.

All the plugins are still visible from the plugin-side as well.

(Server: Win 10, Plugin on macOS BigSur 11.6)
