Update python sample code

Proposed changes

Add Python sample code to CI. This will only run on master, like the javascript/wd examples. Just verifies that they are working samples, not sending people down the garden path.

Since it only runs once merged, a sample of the job passing: https://travis-ci.org/appium/appium/jobs/535941202
