twistedcaldav/dateops.py:247 contains:

return datetime.datetime.strptime(ts, "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S.%f")

%f strptime format is not available in Python 2.5.

http://trac.calendarserver.org/wiki/HACKING page does not allow code that requires Python 2.6.
