Version: 1.4-feature

In Debian we have installed alternative commands cupsaccept/cupsreject for a long time, in an effort to reduce namespace clobbering with too generic command names.

upstream systemv/accept.c currently allows invocation as cupsenable/cupsdisable as an alternative to enable/disable. For consistency, it would be great if we could provide these alternative command names as well.

Did this one better - we now just document the cupsaccept/cupsreject commands, with symlinks to the old accept/reject commands. We probably can't eliminate the old names completely right now (need compatibility with old apps/scripts), but new users will only see the cups-prefixed names.
