I'm surprised you have published this work and mention Protein Data Bank accession numbers, but make no mention of the Protein Data Bank (PDB) as the source of the data, nor cite to it.

For context, the PDB is the resource that collects, curates, and archives protein crystal structures and assigns them identifiers like 8OZC (e.g. that appears in the label of Figure 3A of your preprint).

This database is a massive international effort that relied on the primary work of tens of thousands of people over decades and the tireless biocuration efforts of the PDB teams in the same period. Here are the pages from three of the outputs in North America, Europe, and Asia which each have instructions on how to cite their most recent papers:

I think it's only fair to acknowledge these efforts both on your repository on GitHub and in your manuscript.
