Motivation: Make sure it is obvious that SwiftNIO is cross-platform, and also communicate what platforms are expected to work/will be supported currently. Modifications: Amended README.md Result: The README documents our current expectations on supported platforms.

Motivation: generate_linux_tests.rb is in the repo twice, no need for that. Modifications: Remove copy of generate_linux_tests.rb . Result: Less code.
