Issue Description:

Beginning with a brand-new raspberry pi version 2 (armv7) and raspian, using the REPL using Joe Bell's debian package or my tarball results in memory corruption errors. The REPL launches, but when, for example, importing Glibc or Foundation or printing a message the following message is printed:

pi@raspberrypi:/ $ swift
Welcome to Swift version 2.2-dev (LLVM 3ebdbb2c7e, Clang f66c5bb67b, Swift 29ae8d22b2). Type :help for assistance.
  1> print("Hello world!")
*** Error in `/usr/bin/lldb': malloc(): memory corruption: 0x6ac00072 ***
