chore: bump golang.org/x/crypto to v0.45.0 to address trivy findings

This PR upgrades golang.org/x/crypto from v0.41.0 to v0.45.0.

Trivy reported the following vulnerabilities on the previous version:

• CVE-2025-47914
• CVE-2025-58181

Upgrading to v0.45.0 picks up the upstream fixes and allows our Trivy-based CI security checks to pass again.
