This PR upgrades golang.org/x/crypto from v0.41.0 to v0.45.0.

Trivy reported the following vulnerabilities on the previous version:

Upgrading to v0.45.0 picks up the upstream fixes and allows our Trivy-based CI security checks to pass again.
