This bot will assign a triage label when an issue is opened with no labels and remove it as soon as an issue receives labels. Optionally, when an issue receives a triage label, an individual configured as the assignee will be assigned the issue and when the triage label is removed the assignee is removed.

The triage label and assignee can be configured via a triage.yml file located in the .github repository of your project.
