2024-07-31 Changes to LoadBalancer services on the cloudscale LPG 2 zone

We've updated the Cilium config on APPUiO Cloud. Please note that from now, you must create a CiliumNetworkPolicy which allows external traffic in order to access a newly created LoadBalancer service from outside the cluster.

Please see the Non HTTP Services how-to for details on how to configure an appropriate CiliumNetworkPolicy.

Finally, please note that we've deployed the CiliumNetworkPolicy shown in the how-to (which allows all external traffic) in all namespaces which currently have LoadBalancer services to ensure that your existing LoadBalancer services continue to work.
