gcc, openssl, etc have all been updated. See #1822.

Please give this some consideration. Doing a full update amounts to about 1,400 MiB of installed packages, so its probably been a while since the last update. Also, a recent job took 19 minutes just for the update (normally it's around 6 minutes).

Another reason is that pacman-key operations involving keyservers often fail with the old version of gnupg, and I've tried to find a way to update it without doing a full system update, but none have worked.
