Unfortunately, there is no Python 3.5.6 for Windows, so we are going to install 3.5.4 instead. Hope that works.

My apologies, I don't know where I got 3.5.6 from. I hope it didn't waste too much of your time. Yes, 3.5.4 will be great. Thank you.
