This is a great idea... it means it could be integrated with many apps for monitoring our build statuses, think about dashboards and build pulse apps

We are currently optimizing some AppVeyor parts for better performance - this is required as cctray is basically a polling mechanism. After that it won't take a long to implement the feature.
