Inclusion of Windows binaries for thehashcoin (both 32 & 64 bit binaries) v0.2

I am drafting a release from version 0.1 to 0.2 to mark the point in time when official Windows precompiled binaries (32 & 64 bit) were made available, and temporary re-branding began.

Early access/initial release (v0.1)

This is still officially considered a prototype, many updates will be made before production release including artwork, multiple algo deployment etc.
