Describe the bug
I am loading different organizations in Firefox and sometimes one of the apps shows up blank (see screenshot below). The app that shows up blank is inconsistent from one organization to the next, but so far I have observed either the Voting or the Finance apps to show up blank in different organizations.

I have so far only observed this issue on Firefox. Chromium-based browsers seem unaffected.

Mainnet or testnet?
Both

Same here -- happens pretty randomly. Can you copy the errors that you see in the browser's console?

@john-light Can confirm this is happening only to older 0.6 organizations.

This looks like a bug introduced into Firefox, although I'm not a locale expert so can't say for sure. The toLocaleString() documentation states that 'latn' should be a supported locale (and it used to be!), but in newer versions of Firefox, it does not seem to be accepted anymore.

Unfortunately, we have no way to upgrade these frontends at this point in time... and the only thing users can do is upgrade their Finance app to the newer version.

@sohkai in that case, should we add a page to the Help Desk documenting this specific issue with the recommendation that affected orgs update their apps to fix the problem, and then close this issue since there's nothing more we can do?

@john-light Yes, let's do that.

Affected orgs can either upgrade their Finance app, or downgrade to a previous version of Firefox.
