Minimal app center with update functionality #17

After mainnet, it is important that organizations can be updated. For that, we can build a minimal app center. This app center would:

  • List installed apps
  • Have a per-app view to read about the app and its updates
  • List future apps being built (already done, see aragon/aragon#350)

I was sketching something like this. Thoughts @jounih?

I think having an upgrade button for upgrading to the last version is a good idea, but I would also show a list of all the published versions (or maybe just major versions that can have smart contract upgrades).

We should also communicate users that minor and patch upgrades are front-end only, and they are performed automatically.
