Just discovered this works when you place your settings in a precompiled header file. Personally I think it's better than mod'ing the framework's core files.

Just added a commit which adds additional debug flags for more detailed testing by forcing certain states such as 'use count', etc. They all default to 'off' so it should be fully backwards compatible.

This latest one adds some very useful NSNotification dispatches for when the user responds to the popup. Useful for analytics, etc...
