PgModeler to replace PgDesigner #122
Description
We should replace PgDesigner in archeos-db. The software looks old and no more in dvelopment. A good alternative could be PgModeler (http://pgmodeler.com.br/). This is not mandatory for Theodoric (we can sospend a pg db modeler in this distribution and try to reactivate it in ArcheOS-next)
