Support for various CDN providers will be added via optional add-ons.

Support for CDNs with the highest demand will be added first.

Potential CDN Providers:

To vote for a CDN provider or to suggest an new one, please add a comment below. If suggested a new provider, please provide the following information:

  • CDN provider's name
  • CDN provider's URL

I'd certainly be interested in CDN support for Photon...
I much prefer the Simple Lightbox plugin to some of the truly awful Fancybo plugins that I'm forced to use right now...

I just started using RackSpace for my CDN and this plugin no longer works for me.

It would be nice to just have the option in settings page to specify my CDN domain address so that lightbox's are generated for those image links.

@MikesTooLz: Can you please provide the name and URL of the specific CDN service you're referring to from Rackspace? They have many different offerings.

Thanks.

Are these addon's actively being worked on? or is their a list of priorities that are currently being worked on to give and idea of how far off this is from being implemented?

Only reason I ask is because I temporarily turned off my CDN to get this plugin working.

Yes, several add-ons are currently under active development. The first CDN-specific add-ons will likely be for Jetpack Photon and W3 Total Cache.

goferit commented Sep 24, 2014

Update?

W3 + MaxCDN just killed my current lightbox plugin.

Jetpack Photon and Amazon CloudFront, please.

Thank you @goferit and @rvarbanov. MaxCDN and Amazon CloudFront added to the list.

I'm using Amazon Cloudfront.

http://aws.amazon.com/cloudfront/

MaxCDN on WP Engine and using relative links vs. absolute links, if possible.

MaxCDN on WP Engine, please.

Yes please! Keen for Jetpack Photon support.

I vote for CDN jetpack photon

Would WpEngine CDN be supported in a next update of the plugin?

Jetpack Photon, please.

Jetpack Photon please
