…a3da91a395db796 Fix for issues when ASDF2 doesn't contain *system-cache* variable.
When no SWANK configuration for the daemon exists the SWANK package isn't loaded and all symbols are not available. So try to find them at runtime.
ASDF2 after release doesn't have "*system-cache*" parameter, so skip its setup.
