I put a clarification in libs.arc now.

blog-rss is in lib/blog.arc. I've changed blog.arc to depend on some things from news.arc (karma and newsop, etc), while news.arc doesn't depend on anything from blog.arc, except to just dispay blog in the top bar, but to also be alright in the absence of the blog.arc.
