After set "Indent Using Tabs", IDE asking the tab size.
The tab size reverts back to default setting (2) every time after IDE restart.
Please fix this problem and make IDE setting, related to Tab size recorded and recalled every time IDE starts.
Thank you.

Hi @CraneZ-dev. Thanks for your report! I just tried it with Arduino IDE 2.0.0-beta.12 and my setting of the editor.insertSpaces preference, which is accessible via Settings: Open Preferences in the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P) does persist through restarts.

So I'm going to close this as fixed. If anyone is still able to reproduce the issue with the latest version of Arduino IDE 2.x, please comment here with all the relevant details and I'll investigate.
