Current Solution
a. Email can be in any language just a valid format (email@email.com), Python Idna library is used to encode to universal format. This is saved to PostgresSQL(Database)
b. Retrieve operation is also based on same Python Idna library which can be decoded back to the entered format.
Issues

Idna doesnt support entering variables as ascii regex

Idna throws error for asciii Symbols

Console support for various languages.

Dunno which are acceptable characters in any language(edge cases)
