Removing the extension should clear prefs / otr.* files from profile #47

#42 was about enabling / disabling the extension.

Are you sure about this? It seems like it would be reasonable for someone to remove an extension, then want it back in the future and expect all their settings to be there. That's how every Firefox/Thunderbird extension treats things, I think.

No, I'm not sure. But that's what TorBirdy does.

Maybe labelling this as a bug was a bit biased and harsh for something that's still under discussion :)

However, this should all be moot once we've upstreamed the code.
