• pip install -e . # develop mode

Install pytraj (info for Alex)

• If you got any trouble, just delete all installed folders (pytraj, libcpptraj.so)

• Find libcpptraj.so directory

locate libcpptraj.so

• Install pytraj

conda install pytraj -c ambermd
