Make it possible to override namespace per class

Currently namespace is created for the entire suite and you can't configure it on class level. It would be very nice to have a way to distinguish between projects running in an OpenShift environment and assign these to tests. Currently it's not possible since everything is named randomly and keep track what belongs to what is impossible.

@GoldMan Thanks for creating an issue. We already tried this to create namespace on class level and method level. You can find more details at issue and PR. I am closing this as we already have opened isssue for it.
