Copy/Move crash on Windows if drive letter end up in final path #148

It's possible, if copying/moving from a drive to another, to end up with a drive letter in the destination path. In these cases, a crash will happen.

Moreover, I only got a meaningful "Problems" list when doing the move operation. The copy operation yields nothing.
