skip_depth argument of spyne.protocol.ProtocolBase breaks primitive response #159

If we specify skip_depth=2 in for example spyne.protocol.json.JsonObject, responses of methods with a primitive return type (e.g. _returns=spyne.model.primitive.String) can no longer be serialized:

File "spyne/protocol/_base.py", line 62, in unwrap_instance
  if len(out_type._type_info) == 1:
AttributeError: type object 'String' has no attribute '_type_info'
