Minimum requirements

  • There is one must requirement that is Android 4.0 or up.
  • You will need USB host also if you want to use a 3DR telemetry module directly, without USB you still can use a TCP connection.
  • I use a 7 inch tablet for development, so I would suggest you get one that is at least this size.

Compatible only with a TCP connection (without USB)

  • Samsung Galaxy S2 - maybe it work s via USB as well, because the one I tested had a problematic USB port
  • Samsung Galaxy S Advance (I9070), with XBee 2.4GHz & Bluetooth, NO USB support
