Additional info: before experiencing the issue, I was prompted for Widevine update, and I accepted and went through it. So it might have something to do with that. |

There appears to be an issue with newest widevine on arm systems. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it on the add-on side. This needs to be resolved by inputstream.adaptive. I'll keep this open as a reference though. |

@sorin-pop I edited your initial post to have the issue prominently visible and provide the link to the workaround. Thanks @deorder for pointing this out. |

Same problem here. Solved updating to LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-9.0-Milhouse-20180912210258-#0912-g5c961f9 |

Hey guys, for me, only libwidevine.so from the package I get the following kodi log messages when trying to play a video with the latter one:
Any idea why the current version doesn't work for me? I'm on kodi 18 Beta 2, by the way. Thanks in advance! |

I used the workaround to update to libwidevinecdm.so from Updated to the at this point latest milhouse build - I have tried to reverted to libwidevinecdm that inputstreamhelper downloads on its own (newest). That has not helped either. Seems like ill just have to wait for inputstreamhelper to fix this. |
MOD-EDIT: As of 2018-09-06 the newest widevine automatically downloaded through inputstreamhelper is causing errors on ARM systems. See emilsvennesson/script.module.inputstreamhelper#35 (comment) for a possible workaround.
