Like DDG's info-box, show icon of source instead of its name (inside a green colored box in info-box). This will increase readability and user can easily differentiate between similar words like Wikipedia and Wikidata. And, in some cases, same name is being used for different sources for example same keywords like Official website, Source code repository etc (see below).

debian1
Image: Search result for debian keyword.

For source-code-repository section we have three options Github, Sources and Salsa and we have to hover on it to know which source repository of Debian (in this case) it points to. If this would be icon, we can easily differentiate between them.

debian

See: DDG's info-box uses icon instead of name which is a certainly better UI design.

We can fetch these icons from their corresponding URL domains.

And if possible, do this for all URL domains present in search results. And prefix it with URL like all other search engine does.
