Make the layer name active when you open layer properties. #1466

Very minor, but when you go into properties you either want to change the opacity, blend mode, or the name, so it makes sense for the layer name field to be active so you don't have to click it to type, in my opinion at least.

It actually behaves this way when you use the keyboard shortcut instead of right clicking and picking properties. So might just be a minor bug.

I tried to reproduce this:

  1. Pressing Shift+P focus the layer name.
  2. Double-click focus the layer name.
  3. Right-click > Properties doesn't focus the name 👈 I'm going to fix this case
