What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a sequence of png images with varied palettes. (created in indexed mode.)
2. Import as animation sequence.
3. Save it as gif. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected animation: http://sta.sh/0lmus4fmcfu (Created with gimp by loading the images as frames in rgb mode)
Outputted animation: http://sta.sh/01ggcxh0u2pc What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.9.4-dev / Arch Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried it several times now, with multiple wip processes, but I can never seem to get it to work as intended.

Note: Review this bug, I don't know if this can be reproduced in v1.0. Test it with several .png files with different palettes.

It should be fixed with the new options to save .gif files for v1.0.3.
