Preview offset incorrect with continuous frames #1664

  1. Create a new sprite
  2. Enable the preview
  3. Click play on the preview. (If it is not already playing.)
  4. Create a new layer
  5. Make that layer continuous
  6. Draw on any part of the layer that is not the top left corner
  7. Make a new non blank frame. (alt+n)
  8. Draw anywhere by the top left. The layer will jump to the top left in the preview.

This also affects views in other tabs.
