Dialogue for numerical rotation and transform #1746

This is a minor issue, but at times I have to make things where I need to copy a shape multiple times and rotate it and then clean up, like in the attached picture.


However, it's really difficult to get the right angles just using the handles because you have to move around randomly before you manage to get the exact angle. So it would be very helpful to just be able to type 72 into a box and press ok. (Preferably allowing values up to 360 just to make the math easier, like if you need to rotate 72 angles per step you can just do +72 every time instead of having to think in a -180 to 180 range, but might be a logic limitation I guess.)

The only reason I added transforms in general to this is because it just feels like it might as well be there in a unified box for transforms.

I can see a lot of useful overlap with #1762 as well.
