Pick foreground color with right mouse button

What do you need to do? There should be an option to pick colors with right mouse click if the user wants to use the program in that way. How would you like to do it? Maybe a radio button in Options with two possible items:

• Left paints foreground color, Right paints background color
• Left paints foreground color, Right picks foreground color
