Perhaps this is expected behavior, but it makes it very difficult to edit images from other sources. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open index0test.png
2. Make your secondary color index-9
3. Change the transparent color to index-15 in sprite properties.
4. Select the entire image, and drag it. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect the happy face to keep its outline dark. Instead it becomes index-9. Things get stranger when working from a layer (as opposed to a "background"). Dragging makes both colors transparent. The outline becomes transparent when dragging. (The selected transparent color is drawn in colored rather than checkered meanwhile.) Only when it's deselected is the transparent color drawn as a checkerboard like expected.
There is an error with how the Sprite Properties Window itself is displayed, but I'm not sure if that's worth a new issue. unreadableicons.png is how it appears on my system. Neither one is fully displayed so one can't read their text. You can only click the top pixel of both buttons. Resizing the window does not fix this. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? ASEPRITE v0.9.5 on Windows Vista.
